Today we pray for those medical researchers seeking a cure for the Coronavirus and other illnesses, that using their God-given wisdom they may discover a cure and find better treatments.

Lord, you know we are suffering in many ways because of the afflictions caused by the COVID-19 virus. We pray today for those who are making great sacrifices to find a cure for this disease. We pray their work on this virus and other illnesses may bear fruit because of their trust in you.

Dear God, We know that the beginning of wisdom occurs when recognize you as the source of all wisdom. You have given us so many gifts. During this time of pandemic, help those medical researchers who work so hard in so many ways to keep people healthy. We know that the tremendous gift of your reason bears much fruit when it is governed by your truth. Please pour out your grace upon all medical researchers. Keep them from getting discouraged from poor results, give them courage to fight doubt, and help them to know of our gratitude for all the work they do, often unknown to us. We ask this prayer in the name of your Son Jesus who lives with you and the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever. Amen. May almighty God bless us, protect us from all evil and bring us safely to everlasting life. Amen.
