Christ is Risen! Alleluia! The story of Salvation History, which we see played out in the Easter Vigil readings, is a tale which we are invited to enter into once again this Easter. It is a story which calls us out of the tomb of our sins and pasts, wiping them away. It is a story which calls us into the new life of Christ. It doesn’t matter when we enter this story, what matter is that we enter it at all. Christ calls and we must answer. And this story, this tale of Salvation, is one which shall never end. The story goes on.
