Trusting like Jesus
There is much focus during Lent on the prophet Isaiah, and more specifically in what are called the “suffering servant” songs. In these passages, the qualities of the ideal servant are listed, and by implication become those things we should seek to do in our own lives. Of course, the perfect model to emulate is Jesus. Let us pray that in our relationship with him, we can be as trusting as he was in the Father.
