Rosary

Pope Francis has asked the world to pray the rosary daily during the month of May for an end to the pandemic and a return to regular social and work activities. The month of May has always been a time where Mary has been honored. After more than a year of the hardships caused by the pandemic, and knowing those hardships still exist, often among the poor and vulnerable, the pope has asked us to seek the prayers of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
Every day during the month of May there will be three audio rosaries you can pray. There is the rosary which many learned to pray, but there is also the Dominican (modeled after the Office of the Blessed Virgin) and Lasallian Rosaries (which is 6 decades for each set of mysteries, not the usual five).
The rosaries on thefriar.org can be prayed anytime, as there will be daily links to the reflection for the day, and in addition to the audio of the rosary, there are links to the audio for the Dominican Rosary and the Lasallian rosary each day. You can also pray live as each of the 30 Marian Shrines will take turns praying at 11:00am Central (17:00 GMT).
In addition to the short reflection, we will pray the intention of each day. Even if you cannot join us for each day of May, join us for whatever days you can.
