Can we learn how to talk with each other?
There is so much attention given today to social emotional learning. While it is a term familiar to education, but the need to focus more upon it comes from business. People need to learn how to work together, how to collaborate, how to disagree without being disagreeable. Can we learn how to talk with each other? If we can be humble before the truth, the answer is yes.
