The Transfiguration happens each Sunday
There is sometimes the thought that it would be so wonderful to have lived in the time of Jesus. Today’s gospel reading might seem to us to be one of those times. And yet, we have the experience to see the glorified Christ of the Transfiguration every time we come to Mass. And yet, in each Mass we have the chance to receive Jesus, Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity. This leads us to more easily see Christ in others.
