Who will you bring to Jesus: Homily for Tuesday, March 21, 2023

There was a bishop in my home state, at the time I was a small kid, who was known to say, “Don’t go to heaven alone. Bring someone with you.” It was a catchy way to discuss evangelization. The sick man in today’s gospel couldn’t be lifted into the healing waters, but by encountering Jesus, he was healed. Who wants you to help them encounter Jesus?
