You stupid Galatians! How can you be so stupid? Today we do not generally use the word stupid. It is jarring to our senses. And yet Saint Paul uses it because those Galatians who were recent Christians, are seeking to go back to a previous way of life, a way that could not save them. The solution? To ask, to seek, and to knock.
